Upon purchase, you agree to comply with these terms:^{1) Additions or major changes come at additional cost. Buyer must note all desired specifications.2) Steep deadlines must be mutually agreed upon and require a rush fee. This fee can be $85 - 100+. Unless you pay a rush fee, your slot in queue may be usurped by a rush slot.3) The buyer, or anyone who has not been explicitly granted permission, may not use any part of the project for AI training or NFTs, or any AI/NFT related activities.4) Payment is expected upfront or 50/50. 50/50: 50% of the payment is paid upfront, and 50% paid after proof of completion is shown to the buyer (screenshots ONLY, 3D file is given after fully paid).5) After the buyer has received the final version of the model, they may make requests within 7 days. After the time period, I have the right to delete the files and refuse edits. Moreover, once I have delivered the files, the buyer is responsible for downloading and storing the files properly, as well as ensuring they are working properly within this 1 week period. I am not responsible if the buyer misplaces or fails to download the files.6) No refunds under any circumstances, at any stage.7) Commercial use requires a commercial license, at an additional 50% fee from the total Avatar Cost. Commercial use only includes vtubing, streaming, etc.8) Clients must not take credit for the model, and provide proper credit where appropriate, regardless of modifications. If modified, please make this clear (I do not do any NSFW work, and I would not like those modifications accredited to me).9) The artist (Thingy) may post showcases of the projects on social media sites, portfolios, etc. This does not include redistributing the project or using it for personal use. If the client wishes to have a private commission, they must request so as soon as possible, and at latest before the final payment. Private commissions may have a fee.10) I am willing to honor a Price Quote up to 1 month after it was first received. At any later date I reserve the right to change the price due to increased rates, or private circumstances.11) Clients may freely make adjustments or additions to the avatar, unless stated otherwise. This includes commissioning another artist to do work on the product.12) Redistribution or reselling of any part of the product is strictly prohibited under any license, regardless of any modifications.13) I reserve the right to deny service to anyone.14) Neither the client nor artist may disclose any personal information revealed for the commission about the other party without being granted explicit permission (ie. name, address, email, age, etc).}If any malicious violations of these terms occur, the client may not use any part of the project, and the artist will maintain full and unlimited ownership of any progress of the project. No refunds will occur. I reserve the right to reasonably define "malicious". I reserve the right to reasonably modify or append the above terms.
